Whether you are hitting the ski slopes, floating the river, or spending time at the lakes or trails, this is THE perfect central location!

Enjoy a cocktail, snuggled up under a blanket next to the wood-stove while listening to Sinatra on the record player. Or come hang out on the back deck under the ponderosa pines, soak in the private hot tub, roast marshmallows on the open fire pit, and enjoy grilling on the Traeger or prepare your meals in the full-stocked Chef’s kitchen.

The home is equipped with hi-speed wifi, there are 5 Smart TV’s, one in every bedroom, 55″ in the living room and a 60″ in the game room. The Game room has a sleeper sofa, foosball table and lots of games.

The house includes 3 bedroom. Master bedroom has king bed, en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet and smart TV. The 2nd Bedroom has Queen and Smart TV and the third bedroom has 2 full beds and 2 twin and Smart TV.

The Chef’s kitchen has it all! Stainless steel appliances. Pots & pans, dishes and silverware, kids dinnerware, glasses, wineglasses, plastic plates and glasses, knives, spices, olive oil and vinegar, coffee station with drip coffee maker and Keurig, coffee, electric tea kettle, Air-fryer, crockpot, waffle maker, electric griddle, Cuisinart blender and food processor, toaster, baking supplies, barbecue utensils, storage containers and much more!

The beautifully, furnished living room has a queen sleeper sofa, a lounge chair, bar-cart, wood-stove and a 65″ Smart TV. Read a book next to the wood-stove, while enjoying a record being spun on the record player.

The open-floor plan, creates an easy flow between the living room and the dining room. The dining room has a large rustic farm table with long benches, where the family can comfortably enjoy either a meal or games. Connect to Alexa and Blue-tooth Bose speakers to listen to your own music.

The game room can ensure the kids have their own space. The large room includes a sleeper sofa, large bean bags, a 65″ Smart TV, a foosball table and lots of games making this the perfect hang-out room for kids and adults!
